ocal time and they were not ready to give Early check in as there is a Default check in at 2 pm - Whne you people know about the check in time is 2 pm in Singapore , why did you mention early check-in quotation or else you could have arrange a flight ticket according the Hotel check in time . 3. from 8 am to 2 pm we were just sitting in the reception area as no one is ready to ask us anything , we were tired and feeling sleepy and hungry also . 4th Day early morning from Changi to Malaysia - we reached Malaysia at 1 .15 pm and from there to hotel 3.30 pm , Driver came to pick us at 5.15 for City tour -- When it is already evening 5.15 pm , what is necessary of taking a City tour because each place Driver stopped only for 10 minutes --- We went to Malaysia to see place only for 10 minutes ?????????????????????????? When we went to KL tower they allowed us only till 1st floor and you people also took ticket till 1st floor -- Why is that KL tower show only will enjoy by going to top floor but you people said we have given voucher for all floor -- Next time onwards dont do this with other customers or else tel them clearly voucher is only till 1st floor if u want top floor ticket then you can purchase in reception area. For Night Dinner in Singapore - restaurants were toooooo far from the Hotel and we use to walk more then 2 km till hotel when we dont no anything in the new city but some we managed to reach hotel . except few things we were happy with the hospitality , pick and drop and the hotel everything was fine .

clearly mentioned tickets for OCBC Skywalk at Gardens By The Bay..N wen i pointed out that tickets were not given to us by the local agent instead of apologising he kept arguing that it was not included..I even sent him a snap shot of the inclusions which clearly mentioned OCBC Skywalk..But still he gave me stupid arguement saying Koi agent nahi deta hai which i felt was totally unethical...Bcoz as a customer i was very clear of what i wanted and it was clearly mentioned to him..The local agent was superb and helped us in every way out...Except for that one glitch everything went smoothly..

an is available in hall but fan is also very slow and not helpfull for heat. villa's hall are very hot and rooms are also hot . Vill's pool was very dirty and they show fake images so please guys be careful. Rooms was full of strong smell . bathroom was very small and dirty i had a worst experience uppala villa very very horrible for stay. i never recommend anyone for Uppala villa for stay. and i request to satguru also please don't suggest anyone for uppala villa. Thanks.

rything on the way. Bali was amazing. Villas were awsome though I chose them but they were booked by the agent. Did not face any issue there. Private cars in bali were also very good and drivers were very humble and friendly, they also explained us about the places and guided us very well.

What I felt bit in convenience with Hotel location... it would have been great if hotel could have booked in & around of Little India locality, its because, all Indian hotels and culture are alive there so could have felt at home kind of feeling... few inconvieniences were minor and took it as part of journey... so thank you Satguru for everything....
